I would definitely recommend the holiday to others. The cottage was walking distance into town, and the site was lovely with access to the swimming pool which was readily available. The town of Whitby was stunning, everywhere seemed clean, friendly locals and just a lovely place to go - we really hope we can go there again!

Yes we would recommend Captain Cooks Haven (we have been there 5 times now!), the cottages are very cosy and well maintained, the grounds are beautifully kept and its very quiet but at the same time handy for Whitby. The pool is extremely clean and child friendly, and the staff are very helpful. Finally if you like cycling, there is a cycle track very nearby where you can cycle to Robin Hoods Bay or even further.

Whitby is a lovely town in a great area and the site in general is very good.
