General Terms and Conditions

The advertising period on UKcampsite.com commences on 1st May each year. Entries submitted within 3 months of this date will last until 1st May of the following year yet still be charged at the annual fee. Entries added after this 3 month period (and before the next 1st May renewal date) must run up until 1st May of the following year, and the charge for such an entry will be one year's fee plus a fraction of 12 of the same (relating to the number of additional months or part months for the advertising period).

Any advertisements on UKcampsite.com are carried on the assumption that they comply with the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 and 1972, the Consumer Protection Act 1987 or any other applicable regulation. The Dedicated Partnership reserves the right to decline or reject any application to UKcampsite.com at any time, without assigning a reason.

If any copy or other material is not supplied within seven days of a final request for the same, The Dedicated Partnership Ltd may proceed with the publication in as complete a form as practicable. If too much text is supplied, if text is poorly written, or if illustrations are supplied in a format different to that requested, The Dedicated Partnership Ltd reserves the right to amend material as it feels appropriate. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that the content of their advertisement is factually correct throughout the advertising period. Advertisers are welcome to make amendments to their entries at any time. Such amendments are charged at The Dedicated Partnership Ltd. hourly rate with a minimum charge time of 30 minutes.

The advertiser will be responsible for and shall indemnify The Dedicated Partnership Ltd against all losses, damages, costs and expenses by reason or on account of any libel or any infringement of copyright due to copy and/or photographs supplied by the advertiser to The Dedicated Partnership Ltd. In the event that The Dedicated Partnership Ltd is found liable to pay damage, costs or expenses, the advertiser will be liable to pay the same to The Dedicated Partnership Ltd.
